On occasion, we offer delivery of fresh mushrooms within the Weatherford/Fort Worth area only. Otherwise, these MUST be picked up at our farm in Weatherford. We cannot ship fresh mushrooms at this time.
 
The Italian oyster mushroom, or phoenix oyster, features a rich umami flavor with anise like undertones. The aroma on this mushroom is simply intoxicating. It pairs well with fish, chicken, lamb or pork. It is a favorite in our house!
