On occasion, we offer delivery of fresh mushrooms within the Weatherford/Fort Worth area only. Otherwise, these MUST be picked up at our farm in Weatherford. We cannot ship fresh mushrooms at this time.
 
The Blue oyster mushroom has a rich, earthy flavor featuring delicate paddles. They have a soft, meaty texture. This mushroom is versatile and goes great in soups, stews and stir-frys.
 
Sold by the 1/2 pound. Lasts 7 to 10 days in a refrigerator.
